DECLARATION ON THE OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE INFORMATION (DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT)
General Information
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG). In this data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We want you to know when we collect which data and for what purpose and on what legal basis we use the data. In the course of the further development of our website and the implementation of new technologies, changes to this data protection declaration may also become necessary. We therefore recommend that you re-read this data protection statement from time to time.
Establishing Contact
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store access data without personal reference such as the name of your Internet service provider, the page from which you are visiting us or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated exclusively for the improvement of our offer and do not allow any conclusion on your person.
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the information you provide will be used in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. b DSGVO, for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions and pre-contractual measures. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Data Storage
For the purpose of contract processing, we store the following data in compliance with the relevant data protection provisions: first name, surname, position, e-mail, telephone number. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties.
After a purchase process has been cancelled, the data will be stored with us for another six months in the event of follow-up questions and then deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion all data from the contractual relationship are stored up to the expiration of the fiscal retention period (7 years).
The data is stored and processed on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the DSGVO.
Safety Precautions
We protect this personal data through technical and organizational measures in a secure area to prevent loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure, alteration and destruction. We thus ensure that the provisions of the Data Protection Act are observed.
Web-Analysis & Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies (text files) which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. They’re not doing any damage.

In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
