HICO’s partner channel is built on the internationally operating “HICO Business Development and Implementation Partners (HICO-BDI partners)”.
A Business Partner of HICO combines the skills of a reselling partner with a high level of industry expertise, knowledge in consulting as well as presentation and application of the HICO-Product Portfolio. Furthermore, the HICO-BDIpartner has know-how in customizing and implementing customer solutions based on HICO IPS-Business Applications.
The HICO-Business Development & Implementation Partners perform independently and are responsible for the entire process from the acquisition phase, resale of the HICO-Product Portfolio’s standard software, and full implementation of the HICO IPS-Business Applications.
During the operating phase of the Customer’s IPS-Business Solutions, the HICO-BDI partners are responsible for application support, including 1st-level support in particular, for the HICO-Product Portfolio.
