New Customer for Outstanding PSA Capabilities according S3000L
Escribano Mechanical & Engineering (EM&E) from Spain has chosen the HICO IPS – Business Application for Supportability Engineering & Product Support Analysis (PSA) processes. The HICO PSA-Suite™ enables the sustainable development of Support and Maintenance Concepts.
In later stages of the project with EM&E, the application of further specifications of the “ASD/AIA S-Series IPS Specification” is planned. One of the main reasons HICO was selected was that it is one of the few software providers to offer ONE-Stop Solutions for Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILS) covering the complete S-Series. HICO was able to demonstrate that these solutions are in productive use at customers in a wide range of industries.
