Material Data Exchange according ATA Spec2000

The creation of material management data according the international specification ATA Spec2000 is crucial for the civil aviation industry. HICO supports FACC Solutions GmbH an worldwide leading Austrian company for composite structures in the creation of Illustrated Parts Lists (IPL) and T-Files according ATA Spec2000 in the Boeing 787 “Dreamliner” program.

HICO implemented the necessary processes for the initial creation and the revisioning processes based on the HICO iLS.Suite®. Based on intelligent workflows and automatic processes, FACC in now able to create the Illustrated Parts Lists (IPL) and the corresponding T-Files automatically. Furthermore, the creation of T-File Revision is an automated process based on the comparison of IPL structures.
